E. G. & G., Inc. prepared the master plan and corresponding budget for this 23-acre parcel which preserves and takes advantage of the natural beauty of the site consisting of open fields surrounded by wooded areas. The firm was also responsible for obtaining approvals from the Bath Township Zoning and Appearance Review Boards, Summit County Engineer and Building Departments, EPA, and ODOT as well as securing approvals from the companies holding the oil and gas rights.
Heading a team of consultants (architectural, geotechnical, survey, and electrical), E. G. & G., Inc. prepared the construction documents and performed construction administration services for the improvements which were completed in the fall of 2000.
