The City of Crossville, Tennessee, in partnership with Downtown Crossville, Inc., has authorized EG&G, Inc. to proceed with final design and engineering for the initial phase one area of the downtown revitalization improvement and enhancement project.
The downtown project's comprehensive capital improvements and enhancements include installation of new "boulevard" treatment along Main Street, landscape median, concrete sidewalks highlighted with stone inlay, historic-style streetlight and traffic signal poles, and sidewalk cafe spaces with pedestrian-oriented furnishings and landscaping.
