Orrville Comprehensive Plan

The City of Orrville, Ohio, selected EG&G, Inc. to direct a 12-month community-driven planning process leading to the update of its Comprehensive Plan. A steering committee has been formed and the first public input meeting is scheduled for early November. The Orrville Comprehensive Plan update will focus on the following areas:
- Natural and historic resources
- Parks, recreation and open space
- Housing
- Community facilities and services
- Transportation
- Economic development
- Land use
During the late 1990’s, EG&G, Inc. prepared the master plan and provided design and engineering services for the Orrville downtown revitalization project. It is recognized that the downtown plan and related street corridor and parking improvements subsequently helped established a more welcoming and attractive downtown district image supportive of economic development and enhanced quality of life in Orrville.
We are pleased to be selected and to be assisting the City of Orrville with this important Comprehensive Plan update project.
